This was the symbol I discovered during my Jungian art therapy session, which pushed me to search for my authentic self.

My Calling

My calling began during a phase when I felt the need to pause and reflect on myself more deeply after practicing as a psychologist for six years. During that time, I experienced a sense of incompleteness along with a strong desire to learn more and grow into a more evolved and conscious version of myself.

Our Approach

At Positive Psychotherapies, we blend Jungian insights, Gestalt awareness, art therapy, and mindfulness to nurture your emotional growth.
Tiles spelling out the word 'MINDFULNESS' are arranged on a gray surface, accompanied by a few green leaves, a notebook on the lower left corner, and two pens to the upper right.
A person is seated on the ground in a meditative pose, holding a red-tipped percussion mallet to their forehead. They are wearing a beige shirt and loose blue patterned pants. In front of them, a large singing bowl is placed on the ground. The background features a clear blue sky and some green trees.

A woman sits on the floor leaning against a cushioned chair. She is wearing a dark green t-shirt and light beige pants. Her hands are gently clasped together on her lap, and she gazes contemplatively to the side. The room is softly lit, creating a calm and introspective atmosphere.
A close-up, black and white portrait of a person with eyes closed, suggesting introspection or contemplation. The individual's hands are gently positioned near the face, with long, light-colored hair framing the scene.
